We conduct official medical examinations for your recruitment or appointment to civil service.

What do we do?

We check whether you are fit to work in the intended position or as an employee. We provide a medical assessment for this purpose. This assessment is important for your recruitment or transfer to civil service.

Who can come to us?

We will prepare an expert opinion for you if

• you wish to become a civil servant in Bremen.
• Your current or future place of work is in Bremen.

Please send us the following documents:

• The completed examination request form with your contact details via our online form for your assessment request.
• The completed medical questionnaire (pdf, 1.8 MB) and, if available, supplementary, informative medical findings.

If we have any questions or require further documents after you have completed the questionnaire, we will contact you.
